These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CertCrush (“the Service”), operated by CertCrush at certcrush.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CertCrush is an online exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, timed exam simulations, flashcards, and performance analytics for IT certification exams including CompTIA, ITIL, and others. Access to course content may require a valid access code (voucher) provided by an administrator or organisation.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use CertCrush. You may register with an email and password or via Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@certcrush.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any exam questions or course content
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or our systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

4. Access Codes & Vouchers

Some courses require an access code (voucher) to unlock. Access codes are non-transferable and may only be used once per user. Codes are provided by administrators or through authorised channels. We reserve the right to deactivate codes used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CertCrush — including exam questions, explanations, flashcards, and the platform itself — is owned by or licensed to CertCrush and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial study. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that practice content exactly mirrors current certification exam content, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using CertCrush will result in passing a certification exam.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertCrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
